Submission Guidelines

GeNeDis 2026 — 19–22 November 2026, Athens, Greece

Important dates

  • Electronic submission of full papers 30 July 2026
  • Notification of paper acceptance 25 August 2026
  • Camera-ready of accepted papers 5 October 2026

Formatting

Submitted papers should follow the Springer series Advances in Experimental Medicine and Biology style. Detailed instructions for both LaTeX and Microsoft Word are available in the Springer author guidelines.

Templates:

We recommend — but do not require — using the correct style for initial submissions, as it simplifies preparation of the final paper.

Review

All submissions undergo a fully electronic review by at least two academic reviewers.

Submission rules

  1. Papers must be submitted online.
  2. Papers must be written in English.
  3. Authors may revise their submissions until the deadline. Ensuring the manuscript is free of typos and grammatical errors is the author's responsibility — no proofreading or corrections are possible after the deadline.
  4. Authors may indicate a preferred presentation type (oral, poster, or workshop), but the scientific program committee makes the final decision.

Registration & publication

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the work. Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings only if the final version is accompanied by a registration. Papers will not be included if the registration fee is not received by the camera-ready deadline.

Each full registration covers a single paper. Additional papers submitted by the same registered author are subject to an extra-paper charge. Papers may not exceed 15 pages; submissions over 15 pages will not be accepted, and pages beyond the standard limit incur an extra-length charge where applicable.

Papers are submitted via EasyChair. Please review the formatting guidelines before submitting.
